The Fowler 52-008-712-0 is a 12 in. dial caliper for machine shop and fabrication work on parts too long for a 6 in. caliper. The white dial reads in 0.001 in. steps, the frame is solid stainless steel, and Fowler rates its accuracy at ±0.002 in. It comes with a fitted storage case.
