Shipping coverage
Bridgecore Assist LLC ships orders to customers in all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to U.S. territories or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Order processing time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are usually processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on U.S. public holidays are processed the next business day. Processing takes 0–1 business day.
Shipping days
We ship Monday through Friday, except major U.S. public holidays.
Shipping cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no extra shipping or handling fees.
Estimated delivery time
Orders are processed within 0–1 business day. For most U.S. addresses, standard transit after shipment takes 3–4 business days. Actual delivery can vary with the destination, carrier operations and events outside our control.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we email you a confirmation with the tracking number and a link to follow the package. You can also check the status on our Track your order page with your order number and email.
Shipping address accuracy
Please enter a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, but we will help redirect the package where the carrier allows it.
Shipping origin
Orders ship from our location in Lexington, Kentucky (185 Pasadena Dr Ste 250) with UPS, FedEx or USPS. The carrier depends on the destination and the package.
Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or seems lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery, or of the expected delivery date if it hasn't arrived. We send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, and may ask for photos of the item and packaging.
