30-day return policy

If your order hasn't shipped yet and you change your mind, contact us as soon as possible to cancel or change it.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of the delivery date under the conditions below.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received, in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

If an item comes back used, incomplete or damaged after delivery, it doesn't qualify for a refund. We tell you why and send it back to you at no cost.

How to request a return

Email support@bridgecoreassist.com or call (844) 736-0342 (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM ET) with your order number and the reason for the return. If the request comes within 30 days of delivery, we email you the return instructions and a prepaid return label.

Return shipping

Return shipping is free: we email a prepaid return label that you download and print.

Refunds

Your refund goes to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item arrives and is inspected. Your payment provider may take a few more days to post it.

We do not charge restocking fees.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bridgecoreassist.com or (844) 736-0342. We send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, and may ask for photos of the item and packaging.

Late or missing refunds

If you think your refund hasn't arrived:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card issuer or payment provider; posting a refund can take a few days.
If it still hasn't arrived, contact us at support@bridgecoreassist.com or (844) 736-0342 and we will help.

Exchanges

You can request an exchange within 30 days of the delivery date under the same conditions as returns. We send you the instructions and a prepaid return label.
