Service Disclaimer
This Service Disclaimer explains the practical limits of Bridgecore Assist services and clarifies that our work is administrative, organizational, informational, and support-focused in nature.
1. Administrative Support Only
Bridgecore Assist provides administrative and operational support services. Our work may include organizing business records, preparing standardized internal documents, structuring digital folders, supporting task-flow tracking, formatting internal reports, building operational reference materials, and assisting with remote office coordination.
Our services are designed to improve clarity, structure, consistency, and administrative efficiency. They are not intended to replace the judgment of qualified legal, financial, tax, accounting, compliance, employment, cybersecurity, or regulated professionals.
2. No Legal Advice
Bridgecore Assist does not provide legal advice, legal representation, contract interpretation, regulatory opinions, compliance determinations, dispute strategy, or legal document review. Any templates, checklists, summaries, or administrative materials we prepare are for organizational support and internal business use only.
Clients should consult a licensed attorney for legal questions, contract enforceability, compliance obligations, business formation issues, employment matters, privacy obligations, disputes, or legal risk assessment.
3. No Financial, Tax, or Accounting Advice
Bridgecore Assist does not provide financial planning, tax preparation, bookkeeping, accounting, investment advice, payroll advice, insurance advice, payment processing, credit services, or regulated financial services.
Any business information summaries, administrative reports, or internal overviews prepared by Bridgecore Assist should not be relied upon as financial, tax, or accounting advice. Clients are responsible for obtaining professional review where needed.
4. No Guaranteed Business Outcome
Bridgecore Assist works to provide organized, thoughtful, and useful administrative support. However, we do not guarantee any particular business result, revenue increase, cost reduction, operational transformation, compliance status, client acquisition, productivity metric, or internal adoption outcome.
The effectiveness of administrative systems depends on client participation, internal team adoption, accurate information, consistent use, available resources, management decisions, and the client’s broader business environment.
5. Client Review Required
All deliverables should be reviewed by the client before use. The client is responsible for confirming that documents, file structures, workflow materials, summaries, and internal instructions are accurate, complete, suitable, and approved for use within the client’s organization.
If a deliverable will be used for a regulated, contractual, legal, financial, employment, public-facing, or compliance-related purpose, the client should obtain appropriate professional review before relying on it.
6. Information Accuracy Depends on Client Input
Bridgecore Assist relies on information provided by the client. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, outdated information, inaccurate records, incomplete instructions, or misleading materials supplied by the client.
If client information changes after work begins, the client should notify Bridgecore Assist promptly. Additional changes or corrections may require revised scope, additional fees, or adjusted delivery timelines.
7. Third-Party Tools and Platforms
Our work may involve documents, shared drives, task management platforms, communication tools, cloud systems, spreadsheets, or other third-party services used by the client. Bridgecore Assist does not control third-party platform availability, security, pricing, performance, policies, integrations, or technical limitations.
Clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts, permissions, subscriptions, backups, cybersecurity practices, and internal access controls.
8. No Emergency or Mission-Critical Service
Bridgecore Assist services are not intended for emergency response, urgent regulatory deadlines, mission-critical operations, crisis management, legal deadlines, payment operations, security incident response, or systems that require uninterrupted availability.
Clients should maintain internal backup procedures and qualified professional support for critical business functions.
9. Service Boundaries
Bridgecore Assist may decline or discontinue work that requires regulated professional judgment, creates unreasonable risk, involves unlawful activity, requires credentials we do not hold, requests falsification of information, or falls outside our administrative support scope.
