Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules that apply when clients, visitors, and users interact with Bridgecore Assist services, website features, communications, documents, and administrative support processes.

1. General Standard of Use

Bridgecore Assist services must be used only for lawful, legitimate, and appropriate business purposes. Clients and users must not use our website, forms, communications, deliverables, or services in a way that harms others, violates law, misrepresents facts, compromises privacy, or creates unreasonable operational or legal risk.

2. Prohibited Activities

Clients and users may not use Bridgecore Assist services to support or facilitate:

  • Illegal activity, fraud, deception, or misrepresentation.
  • Falsification of records, reports, statements, invoices, applications, or business documents.
  • Creation of misleading internal or external materials.
  • Violation of privacy rights, confidentiality obligations, intellectual property rights, or contractual restrictions.
  • Harassment, discrimination, abuse, threats, or harmful conduct.
  • Unauthorized access to systems, accounts, files, platforms, or third-party information.
  • Spam, phishing, impersonation, social engineering, or deceptive communications.
  • Attempts to avoid legal, tax, financial, compliance, employment, or regulatory duties.

3. Accuracy of Client Information

Clients must provide accurate and lawful information when requesting services. Bridgecore Assist relies on client-provided information when organizing documents, preparing summaries, structuring workflows, or creating administrative materials.

Clients may not knowingly provide false, incomplete, misleading, stolen, confidential, restricted, or unauthorized information for use in service delivery.

4. Respect for Intellectual Property

Clients must not provide materials that infringe the rights of others, including copyrighted documents, proprietary templates, confidential business records, trademarks, trade secrets, or third-party content without proper authorization.

If the client provides content for organization, formatting, or administrative use, the client represents that they have the right to use and share that content.

5. System and Website Misuse

Users may not interfere with the operation of the Bridgecore Assist website, forms, systems, or communications. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to bypass security, introduce malware, overload systems, scrape content without permission, probe vulnerabilities, manipulate forms, or disrupt website availability.

6. Communication Conduct

Bridgecore Assist expects professional communication. We may refuse, pause, or terminate service if a client or user engages in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, coercive, or repeatedly disruptive communication.

7. Sensitive and Regulated Content

Clients should not send sensitive personal information, regulated records, protected health information, legal case files, financial account credentials, passwords, government identification numbers, or confidential third-party data unless necessary for an agreed service and appropriate handling terms are in place.

Bridgecore Assist may refuse to process materials that require regulated professional handling or exceed our administrative service scope.

8. Enforcement

If Bridgecore Assist believes this policy has been violated, we may refuse service, suspend work, cancel an engagement, restrict access, remove materials, decline future projects, or take other reasonable steps to protect our operations, clients, and third parties.

Serious violations may be reported to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.

9. Client Responsibility for Outcomes

Clients remain responsible for how they use Bridgecore Assist deliverables. Administrative materials, internal documents, workflow structures, and summaries must be reviewed and approved by the client before use.
